I am the wife of my best friend, who passed in 2020, a Mother of 3 sons, Step-Mother of 3 sons, Mother-in-Law to 4 Daughters-In-Law, Grandmother to 7 girls and 7 boys.I have a great interest in who and where I came from. I want to be able to pass what I find down to my descendants. I have been doing my own family research for quite some time and seriously doing research for about 10 years. I travel a lot so I have the chance to visit cemeteries across the country. I have found so much good information on Find A Grave. I began looking at Find A Grave as a way to help others also. I hope to get as many memorials up as time allows.I strive to get the best and most readable photos of each headstone. I know the importance of accuracy in our research. I also know that everyone makes some mistakes and I welcome corrections. I am a bit of a stickler for details so I do request corrections of errors I find. I hope that doesn't offend anyone. I will happily transfer management of any of the memorials to family members, which is where they should be. I appreciate all of the contributors who's work has helped me. I am grateful to everyone who has been generous enough to transfer the fruits of their labors to me in order to allow me to link and ad family data to my memorials. I live in Otero County, CO and can also take photos in Prowers, Bent, Crowley, Pueblo, Las Animas,and Baca Counties.
