We live in Mendocino County, California and would be happy to take photos or research the cemeteries in Mendocino and Lake Counties.|
Any memorials we have added that are not related to us, we would be happy to transfer to a relative of that person.
PLEASE use the EDIT feature on the memorials to ask for transfers, family links or bio information.

Hi Peggy--Would you be able to add a photo to the memorial page of Mary D. Hyden #29000641? It would be the same photo as you placed on her son's memorial page #29000640 (Edwin Hyden). Originally Mary's last name was misspelled which is probably why a photo was not added to her page. Her name is now corrected. Thank you so much for your work. Peggy in Texas

Did I ever reply to your note? I can't tell, since this site doesn't preserve the conversation threads. You were wondering how Eva Erskine got to Ukiah (where she died), after her husband passed away in Wisconsin. She moved out to California to be near her daughter, Frances, and son-in-law, who lived in the Ukiah, California area. Easy enough, since the train system had exploded with growth since the Civil War. Eva is buried next to her daughter in the Ukiah cemetery: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=29004388
