I live in Colorado and my husband has been doing most of my genealogy for me over the years. We do enjoy taking photographs of gravestones when we can as a way to say 'thank you' for those that have taken them for us, but I post all of them under my husbands user name. |
All of the folks on findagrave that I own are my family but if you have questions, feel free to ask and I will try and help in any way that I can. I am also looking for any old photos of the people too!
If you are a relative, let me know how, then feel free to register on my family history site here!

I went to Riverside Cemetery in Marshalltown Iowa to fulfill photo requests. They have two John Khile's listed in their books. I found the one that is in Section V Lot 213.. however his date of birth and death are 1857-1938 and he has a stone next to him that is marked Mary Khile. Died Oct 23 1892. This is not the same Mary Khile listed on Findagrave and the John on findagrave has different dates than this one. Do you know who they are? If you want to post memorial pages for them I will be happy to post the photos. I did not get a chance to go look in Section 4 Lot 168 to see if his stone may be there. And I don't know if I will get back to the cemetery before I leave the area.

Many thanks for getting the headstone pics of Wilbur and Elizabeth onto Find A Grave. The stone is a great one. I love to see them and they sure help when verifying family info.
I wonder if you'd allow me to use the pics in the family research, with credit, of course?

As I was taking other photos in the Dunnville Cemetery, I seen you had a request for this person. I have place a picture from farther away of Samuels stone so that you can see that there is no stone next to it. I also took a closer one so you could view the plot. I did not find any evidence whatsoever that there was a stone for Sarah. Hope this is what you were wanting. If not, the cemetery is only a couple miles from my house if you need anything. I got an e mail saying your memorial for this gentleman is a dupe. I noticed you have him in a virtual so I assume he is a relative of yours. I would be happy to transfer him to you if you wish. He was from my home county and I came across him while researching C W soldiers, I sent the Veterans Adm. some info on him and BOOM, he was mine. Let me know,,,,Justin

Hi Stephanie, spent 1 1/2 looking for his headstone today, going back in the morning and have staff help, I could not find it, but I know he's there.
No problem Stephanie, I will transfer her to you.
Thank you for deleting the duplicate.

|Lana Kiser||Hoing surname|
Hi Stephanie, my name is Lana Hoing Kiser and I want to thank you for posting the Hoing gravesites from St Mary's Cemetery in Altus, AR on findagrave. Henry Hoing 1840-1927 was my great great grandfather. I have done quite a bit of research on the family and I wonder if you are related in some way.
Again thanks for posting.
