Thanks Sue - probably more to come as I work through the Madronia database. So you are a Viking? I am of the Indians vintage at Fremont, none of this Firebirds business...Class of 1969. I think Lynbrook opened just about the time I started school, I know we competed against them in speech and debate. Good to know someone else has stayed local and trying to record a bit of our local history.

I have a funny question. You have listed Claude S. Abshier #44537530, with unknown burial and no birth date but a short biography. I have a picture of his wife's tombstone in Washington Cemetery, Ripley Co, IN. How did you happen to find his information? Since you posted this in 2009 have you run across the location of his burial? Thank you.
