|Sue Sterling Tretter||Boyd Woolsey, son of Valoris?|
Did your Valoris Woolsey have a son named Boyd born about 1935? If so, you might be interested in the following news item which was originally printed in a Pike Co., IN, newspaper, date 17 Nov 1944 of The Winslow Dispatch. On 3 Dec 2003, it was reprinted in The Press-Dispatch's FROM OUT OF THE PAST column.
"Boyd Woolsey, nine, son of Mr and Mrs Valoris Woolsey of Augusta, suffered a dislocated left wrist and a piece broken from the bone Friday, Nov. 10 while playing on the Winslow school grounds. Dr. George De-Tar took him to Washington Hospital where his injury was dressed and he was released."

I'm sorry, but your memorial to Celia Woolsey is a duplicate of one created in 2007. She is my great x 3 grandmother, so somewhere in there, we are related.
Hi Cathy, Thank You for the transfer of Jesse. I put what I know about him from Jim on there. If anything isn't right, let me know. I think I have your ancestors figured out now.........Jim

Hi Cathy, My name is Jim Jones and I just got off the phone with Jim Woolsey, GG Grandson of Temple. Thought you two might be able to share information. I will E-mail you his phone #s. I found your listing for William H.(Harrison) Woolsey and you have him as 2nd born, but Jim Says that he was born in Ky. in 1832 and his sister was born in 1834 and died in 1922. He said that Wm.'s wife's name was Ursey. The first born child in Indiana was Jim's grandfather,Arrata. You and Jim could maybe help each other out...........Jim
