I am a great-grandfather, born in 1937, who just got started with the project in the summer of 2007.|
Being an ex-smoker and having COPD I find this to
be a very good way to get the fresh air and exercise I need.
I got started with cemetery photos a few years ago to add information to the family history my wife Nancy and I are working on.
Joined the Navy Oct. 13, 1955, a member of the U.S. Navy SeaBees, discharged Sept. 21, 1959.
My photographing cemetery work has been mostly in Ashland County, Ohio and adjoining counties, some work in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and North Carolina, extended family.......Bill

Thank you for having created a memorial for my Grandpa; Donald E. Sutherland. I was wondering if you would be willing to transfer it to me? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your consideration.

Bill. Do you have any information that would help me fulfill a photo request for Dora. Cemetery says that they can not find any burial information. Her husband Forest E Yockey 84701227 is buried in Bigelow Cemetery Holmes County, Ohio Thanks Donna

Bill, could you check the picture on this memorial; I think that it is the wrong picture. I am going to post one that I took today. You might want to delete yours. Thanks Donna

Thank you ever so much for photographing my ggggggrandfather's headstone. It means a lot to me. If you can transfer the memorial to me I can do things like add his son Frederick Gier (find a grave #26151365) as John's child. I hope all the walking you are getting is helping you feel better! The weather here in DE is getting warmer and sunnier and hopefully the same for you. Amy Gier Boyd

Phillip Bergstresser Bright story to add on bio if you wish.
Paul was the eldest son of the George-Mary Bergstresser Bright union. His was a sad tale. He lost everything in the bank failures at the beginning of the depression. c. l929 and wound up a kind of hermit helping out with the workers on his brother Martin Luther's farm. A recluse, hardly every talked to anybody but was put up by his younger brother.
given to me by Bright Cousin

Just curious if you are related to Darwin Burd.
I found his marriage certificate with pictures in an antique shop in Florida.
Would love to pass this on to his family!
