Johnny Blanchard
Johnny Blanchard hit 3 Grand Slams during his career. His 1st was on 7/21/61 @ Boston(his 10th HR of the season) when, with 2 outs, he put the Yankees ahead 11 to 8 for the win.The win put the Yanks in 1st place. He hit the HR off of Mike Fornieles. The HR was the 1st of 4 consecutive at bats with a HR.The dates were over a 3 game period,7/21,7/22 and 7/26.Blanchard tied a ML record of HR's in 4 consecutive at bats.He ended up with 21 HR's in 243 at bats in 1961 and became the 1st player to hit 20 or more HR's in fewer than 250 at bats.
His 2nd Grand slam was on 8/15/63 @ Boston off of Earl Wilson. The final grand slam was on 8/22/63 @ NY off of Cleveland's Mudcat Grant.

Ella Raines and G. Custer
Thank you for remembering the talented, stunning, and lovely Ms. Raines!
I recently read Caavalier in Buckskin and Touched by Fire books on Custer. Like all of us he was imperfect but many people contributled to the LBH disaster. Indian polidy however unfair was set by the US Goverment Congress, Presdients, and Sherman and Sheridah.

Peace

Roger Maris
Hello. Just wanted to leave a quick message saying I agree 100% with what you said on the Roger Maris memorial. It's a pity what has happened to the once-great game of baseball. Take care.

RE: Flame Of The Barbary Coast
SHE FOLLOWED THIS ONE WITH ABILENE TOWN WITH RANDOLPH SCOTT. SHE WAS VERY ACTIVE UNTIL 1951 WHEN SHE REITIRED. HER LAST MARRIAGE LASTED 25 YEARS , HER HUSBAND DRAINED HER MONEY AND HE DIED IN 1975. SHE WAS LIVING IN HONALULU ON FIXED INCOME. SHE DIED DEC. 10 1979 OF STOMACH CANCER. THE STATE HAD HER CREMATED. A SAD ENDING FOR FLAXEN.

CUSTER
I WENT AHEAD AND REMOVED MY COMMENT I LEFT ON LIBBY CUSTER'S PAGE,IN REGARDS TO HER HUSBAND. I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING CALLED A "JERK" AND A "YO-YO",AS YOU PUT IT,I COULD HAVE SAID THE SAME ABOUT YOU! I COULD HAVE LEFT MY COMMENT AS "ANONYMOUS",BUT CHOOSE NOT TO. IF YOU,AND PEOPLE LIKE YOURSELF,CAN LIVE WITH WHAT GEORGE CUSTER DID TO THE INNOCENT,THEN THAT WILL BE ON YOUR CONSCIENCE.

Custer
Hi Michael!! Seems we have had a similar run in with the same distrepectful jerk. I came across his rude and tacky comment on the memorial of Elizabeth Custer. I left him a note and he seems to be very tacky!! I have never come across such disrespect for the dead on this site like him. Is there a way to report him and have his comment removed?

GENERAL CUSTER
HELLO,
WHAT I HAVE READ ON CUSTER,IS NEGATIVE. HE WAS A HOTHEAD,WANTING FAME AT ANY PRICE. HE KILLED WOMAN AND CHILDREN DURING THE BATTLE OF WASHITA RIVER ON NOVEMBER 27,1868. PLUS HE ORDERED MOST OF THE NATIVE-AMERICANS 875 PONIES SHOT DEAD BY HIS COMMAND. THAT IS ONE EXAMPLE,IF THAT MAKES HIM A HERO,THEN GOD HELP US ALL. HE WASN'T A CHRISTIAN.

GENERAL GEORGE CUSTER
GEORGE CUSTER WAS NOTHING MORE THEN A MONSTER! HE KILLED PEOPLE IN COLD BLOOD,MANY WERE UNARMED. HE WILL SURELY HAVE PLENTY TO ANSWER FOR SOMEDAY! I'M GLAD HE FINALLY MET HIS MATCH IN THE BATTLE OF LITTLE BIG HORN. HE WAS A DISGRACE TO THE U.S. ARMY AND TO AMERICA.
