A short walk through Trinity Churchyard in 2004 got me interested in older cemeteries. A few years later, I found it difficult to research my family geneology. I started adding names here to maybe help others with their research. I'm also a big Revolutionary War buff and I have been searching for graves of anyone who somehow participated in the Revolutionary War.

Thank you for transferring the memorial of William Sheldon; who is buried at Cimetière du Père Lachaise (cemetery) in Paris, France to my care.

Dan, it is thanks to individuals like you; who's incredible contributions here at Find-a-Grave are invaluable to individuals like me doing family research. ~ with appreciation, George Gaston

Hezekiah Lore
Everything I've seen on Hezekiah Lore says he was born in Southold, Long Island in 1697. Could you tell me where you got the information that he was born in Holbrook? Any assistance you could give me would be appreciated.

Lewis Blachy d 1777 in Hilltop Cemetery NJ
I couldn't find the stone and I've photographed all stones in the cemetery. In the 1926 Cemetery directory it listed him as Lewis Blachley d 1777 and he should be next to Daniel Blachley d 1788. There are many missing or unreadable stones in this part of the cemetery.

WILLIAM P. SANDFORD
Added a picture to his memorial page. I took it August 27, 1989. Who knew walking through old cemeteries and taking pictures would come in handy 25 years later! Using an online birth/death/age calculator, puts his birth date at about October 10, 1761. Here is the link if you ever find the need for one.

May I have your permission to download the photo of the gravestone of William 'Lord Stirling' Alexander (Memorial# 8369419)?
I would like to upload it into my Ancestry family tree.

Woodruff
Hello - You took a photo for Josiah Woodruff at Connecticut Farms (#8868896). I am interested in his wife, Esther Earle, who is also buried there. Do you live nearby and if so, next time you are there could you please see if she is next to her husband? I'm interested in any Earle family there. Much appreciated - Kimberly
