Bio and Links
I have been collecting Higley Family History for 19 years. Today I have over 39,000 Plus direct descendants (not including the spouses) of Captain John Higley, Simsbury, Connecticut.

Now it's time to retire and pass the torch to someone else. Never forget the lost love ones, and enjoy the family history.

Feel free to use my photos for family.

Florence O'Neil

In fulfilling your request for a photo of Florence O'Neil's grave, I found her husband Robert O'Neil's grave. I've uploaded his photo as well.

Leroy,, the marker will come,, 45 days generally however they will not tear into the frozen ground to set them as they sink... so,, if it arrives soon.. before the freeze here,, they may set it,, otherwise they will wait for spring to set it..

Keep checking back,, Ill post it when it is set,,

RE: Higley's
Next time we go over that way we will check again. We thought we were in the right area. There are a lot of sunken markers at the cemetery so that is a possibility. There was a large vacant square area with no markers where we were looking and also a large tree-shaped monument that had fallen over covering other markers. It's also possible we weren't where we thought we should be as there are very few section or plot markers visible any longer.

I called Oakwoods to double check the section etc... all correct. That is where we were looking. The women even checked if there was a marker and she said there were a lot of Higleys. I don't know how we missed that many people. We also had a map. Sorry.! ( Found a headstone for another request.) I had a friend looking with me also yesterday.

Morris O Jones
I was wondering if you could transfer Morris O. Jones born 1905-1951 to me. His parents are Lucinda Tussinger-Jones and Enos Oscar Jones. I have the majority of his family already and would like to link them all together.

Please consider transfer.

Mr. Higley,

Are you still involved in your family research? If so, I believe I had stumbled across your relative while looking for one of mine. If you will leave me a public message I will be happy to respond with the details, if you like.
