Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am proud to say that I am a US Air Force Brat.

I am the youngest of six children. I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

I am the father of 2 beautiful daughters named Ashley and Rachel and a awesome and handsome little grandson named Jacob.

I have very strong family roots in Vigo, Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion, Daviess, and Knox Counties, Indiana; Campbell Co., TN; Madison, Jackson, and Rockcastle Counties, KY.

My earliest ancestor in America was John Proctor who arrived in Jamestown Colony, VA in 1610 on the Sea Venture. It is also rumored that he was also arrived with the original settlers but returned to England and came back.

I am researching the surnames of Neice, Niece, Nice, Hayne(s), Hane(s), Haine(s), Ramey, Bryant, France, Balding, Bemis, Bullis, Smith, Eby, Payne, Yocum, Yocom, Mitchell, Wagle, Waggle, Buckles, Bicknell, Tallman, Knowlton, Miller, Cope, Proctor, Gadd, Neely, Goffang, Vernon, Creal, Mienheartt, Reynolds, Hill, Phillippe, Cooksey, Simrell, Kendall. Shaw, and Olgus.

If I have added your family member let me know so I can transfer them over to you. If they are related to me, then I will let you know and if I am willing to transfer them or not. However, I am not willing to transfer my direct lines, sorry.

Almost everyone that I have added at Woodlawn Cemetery is of no-relation, so transferring is no problem.

RE: conwell
if he has any family info or knows who I could contact for it, I would greatly appreciate it. My grandmother is Norma Constance Conwell Pearson. She is the youngest daughter of Effie and Sam.

RE: MEMORIAL 39898211
He is my 3rd great uncle for the FISCHER-MORLOCK branch of the family.
Date of Birth: 23 May 1826 in Bayern, Germany.
He came to the U.S. in 1853 with his father and family. In 1855 he lived in St. Johnsville, New York. By 1860 he had relocated to Terre Haute, Indiana where he remained until his death. The 1870 and 1880 US Census listed his occupation as a railroad watchman. For the 1900 US Census, Erhardt lived with his daughter, Susan Fischer Whipple, and at age 73 was listed as a day laborer. He died the following year in 1901.

Mark, I was wondering if the Conwell's that you have posted information about are related to you. I am a descendant of Effie and Samuel
Conwell. I was wondering if they are related , do you have any family info?

RE: Memorial 20672349
Mark, this may be a duplicate for Memorial # 15587636. I've already written to the person who created that one as hers would be the one that meets Find A Grave criteria unless you are a relative.

By the way, Henrietta is a 2nd great aunt to me and I sent her information to Teresa who created the other memorial which includes her maiden name and birth date.

I'm not sure how this will all be handled but her first name is misspelled on the headstone for William M. Hughes where she is buried with him.

Taressa Stanley
Would it be an issue for you to give me control of Taressa Stanley's entry? A friend I work with is trying to track down his lineage and Taressa was his Father's cousin. I have tracked an obituary that places her parents in Parkway Memorial Gardens in Centerville Georgia and have asked for photos of the graves from the contributor (there is no entry for those graves as of yet on here). They are George and Barbara McGrew. I am trying to locate these graves and get him to join Findagrave and manage them himself. Here is the copy of the obituary I found. Do you know if her husband Jeff Stanley is still alive?

David Exline in Woodlawn Cemetery
Could you please add a family link to the Memorial for David Exline, who is actually a JR. I have just created a Memorial for his father David Exline Sr. & it is # 163626679. Thank you very much. There is none for his mother yet.

RE: Terre Haute
While doing some work on a family, I wanted an obit form the library. But now I can't find or remember the family.

Have spent many many hours in that library but haven't been back to Indiana for about 6 years.

Would you be willing to find an obit for me --- If I find the name again,

Thanks for the help and your work with Find A Grave.

Have a wonderful day.

Stephen M Garrigus II
Hi Mark:

Stephen M Garrigus II, named after his grandfather, is my great great uncle. As the person in charge of maintaining his memorial, would you please check what I believe are mistakes listed? His memorial number is 26606376. He died at eight years of age and so could not have a spouse. I believe someone confused him with his grandfather Stephen Muncie Garrigus (1806-1838) who was married to Mary Polly Adams (1813-1887).

My Find a Grave contributor number is 47954358. I have been researching on our family tree for about 20 years. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I would also like to ask for transfers of any of my Garrigus/Yocum/Yocom family members that you would be willing to turn over to me.
