My two kiddos and I became contributors to Findagrave because of my mom and her love of genealogy. She stumbled across Findagrave during her research and she Loved it!! She filled her contributors page with many of our ancestors pics/info etc...for this I am grateful...I know at some point my kiddos will enjoy looking at the many memorials on her page. She always encouraged us to know about our ancestors. She told us so many stories along the way during her many years of researching our family history. Luckily, for us, she put together several genealogy books for us to share with future generations. She passed away in July of 2013, but her Love for genealogy has not been forgotten and we hope to continue to share her same passion for it.
