I grew up in Virginia, but settled in Florida after finishing graduate school at Florida State University. For many years I have been doing genealogical research with considerable assistance from Carolyn Keith Shockley, a cousin who still lives in Virginia.|

Your most welcome.

Greetings, The memorial # is 48666777. I photographed the stone for Amos and David Cave but Davids birth and death dates are not on the stone. I learned from my father-in-law that David passed away recently (he spoke highly of her). My question is whether you would like the picture uploaded as is or would you rather wait until it is updated. Please advise. PaulofAnnandale (VA)

You are very welcome.
|Mary Hylton Johnson||Maston Cox|
I think Maston's father was William Braxton Cox who was the son of Ambrose N. Cox. Note the dates of these people. Maston could not have been the son of Ambrose N. Cox. This is in my family line and I am not understanding it.

You are most welcome. I was happy to do it!
|Mary Hylton Johnson||Well there you are finally!|
Like the picture much better than the cartoon.
I have some questions on the Noah W. Wade you and I have been working on. Have you found any of his family living with or around him in West Virginia where he dies. And is that our Noah W. Wade...appears to be because of time line.

|Richard Wesley||MARY ANN ALESHIRE|
Hello, Sammie!! I finally finished typing in the obituaries you sent for Mary Aleshire's memorial. I also did some snooping around and managed to link Mary to her parents.....I also contacted other contributors to link Mary's daughters to Mary and John.......Keep a look-out for that....I was unable to make a definite connection to the daughter in Texas...Perhaps you may know that one...
THANKS VERY MUCH, RICHARD
|Sue Hale Sheppard||Ola Reed memorial|
Thank you so very much for making a memorial for Ola Reed and posting the obit. I hadn't been able to find anything but a notice so I appreciate it greatly.
Cheers to you for being a Find a Grave volunteer.
I would be pleased if you would read my Bio and visit my parents' memorials by clicking on their links.

Thank you for linking the connections for me. I did not expect to receive the memorial, but thank you very much.
His brother was my great great grandfather. I plan on going to that cemetery this spring and taking a picture of his marker.
Thank you once again and a big Thank you for all you do on Findagrave.
