I was born and raised in Donna, Texas. (Rio Grande Valley of Texas) I have been married 48 years and have one grown son.

My military service was with the U. S. Marine Corps from 1967 to 1970. I graduated from Pan American College with a teaching degree and retired from the teaching profession in 2002.

We have lived in Houston, Texas since 1982.
