Glad to help. He was on the 1940 Memphis, Shelby, Tennessee census. He married Eugenia Douglas Howell there June 11, 1965. His parents were George Festus Taylor and Ina Sanderson and they are buried in Maple Springs Cemetery, Madison County, Tennessee. (His father was misnamed on the census as George Augustus Taylor, probably due to new wife responding or perhaps he himself did not know his middle name.) You made a beautiful memorial for him. Barbara

I was getting these pictures for my Aunt Barbara Hill Etheridge. I have been doing some work on her line for her. Her parents were Connie and Jimmie Hill. Patti

I am working on a project to enter all burials in the Storm Lake cemetery before 1940. I entered George Dingers memorial, obit, and did a little research. I found him in 1860, 1870, and 1880 in Illinois. That is how I found his parents also.

1880 Census Macon co, IL
Augustus Dinger Self M 56 Pennsylvania
Leah Dinger Wife F 55 Pennsylvania
Henry Dinger Son M 24 Illinois
George Dinger Son M 22 Illinois
Ellen Dinger Daughter F 18 Illinois
Mollie Miller Niece F 7 Illinois

Thank you for the Transfer and especially for the info on how to best post a photo. I am going back and reposting the phots as a person instead of a gravestone. Terry
