|Saratoga||RE: Looking for the 48 Men and Boys under Francis Marion|
Jessie, sorry for the delay in responding. The best I can tell is to contact the South Carolina Room at the Charleston Library. I know there are books there that I have looked at that listed the names of his soldiers, but he had many and I doubt they are all listed.. You can contact them at 843-805-6956 or contact them by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Good luck in your research. Marion is one soldier that was overlooked pretty much in history for his contribution to the victory over the English.

Have you looked on Rootsweb.com?
If not, under family heading, use the advanced search and I found two people that have some information on Edna Marie Motsinger.
Note at the top area of the page you will have the email address of the posting person.
If you have a library card, many libraries have on line site databases that offers information on genealogy.
Ours has "America's Obituaries & Death Notices"
that search many papers though out the states.
If you know the towns, cities, or counties and states. You can contact the genealogy dept. at the main library there by phone.
I have found them to be very helpful and most only charge for printed copies and postage.
I hope that this helps
