|L Bennett||I'm back|
Sorry it has been so long to reply. I have not paid attention to family history details but am back on the ride again. You sent a message this past Jan re: "Addie and Otto Bennett". They are my grand parents. What's can I do? Hope you are still there....

Hello! Thank you for the information. I have made a note in the bio. Do you know if he has a stone there at St. Joseph's? I couldn't find a memorial there when I searched. Do you want to create one there for him? If you do, there is a way that I can have them linked and the one designated as a cenotaph. I have to email Find A Grave with an edit, according to the FAQs on here.

This was merely a suggestion. In Calumet County, there is a person who has a business of cleaning gravestones.
I suppose there is a fine point on whether to clean or not to get a better picture, so ourselves and all others (including relatives of person buried there) can go to a cemetery & be able to read what's on the stone.
We have observed that people (most people), who bury their dead & erect a stone (eventually) never come back to clean & get the stone in good shape. Very Sad!!!
Many volunteer photographers just go to the cemetery & take the photo (regardless if stone is readable or not). For us, we want to get the best photo for the person's memorial, to clean it up a bit so all can see & read what's on the stone.

I have already made the correction in Anna Arens memorial & deleted Franz Arens as being Anna's spouse.
I have emailed you (in Find A Grave) & asked you to link Franz to his mother Anna.
Could you transfer the following to me? They are my Grand Parents.

I don't know who Betsy Sanders is. I had only requested Walter and Helen Sanders transfered to me.

You have her maiden name as Bayer...do u have any info onspouse or parents?
Please review. I believe Franz is the child of Anna and Johann. Its unlikely that a 4 mo old child had a spouse. Thank you.

Hello, I am working on a developing a family tree for Desiree (Fahrenkrug) Bongers, as part of a program at the Wisconsin Association of Public Libraraies spring conference (Genealogy Roadshow - Who in the WAPL Do You Think You Are).
While searching for Ms. Bongers' ancestors, I found your extensive list in Find A Grave of the Hackstock family. The line that gets me to your records is:
Desiree (Fahrenkrug) Bongers (1973-) > Richard Franklin Fahrenkrug (1949-) > Franklin Carl Fahrenkrug (1912-1966) > Frances M. Hackstock (1887-1971) > Frank Hackstock (1857-1916) & Mary (Voissem) Hackstock (1863-1951)
Would it be possible for me to view your tree online or via gedcom? I would really appreciate being able to utilize your research, so I can focus my efforts on her other branches, rather than duplicating efforts. I can also pass on to you her current info if you do not already have it.
Thank you very much for any assistance you can offer.

I am unable to locate Wm. Donald Hill 1900 – 1957 and Dorothy Hill, remarried Reilly 1911 – 2004 in Hill Crest Cemetery. I have a picture of their head stone.
Could you tell me why I cannot locate either of them?
