Have researched my family lines since I was 11, just for the pure fun of it and to learn where I came from

Wendell family of upstate New York. Gould's and Haner's of Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Mears of Tennessee and Oregon.

Clark's and Berrian's from around Peoria County, Illinois.
Wells family from Maryland, through Kentucky, to Illinois

Hahn, Bollinger, Croan, DeMott families of Missouri and Kansas.

Thain, Dittmar and Hammer in Illinois.

Talbert in DeSoto and Caddo Parish, Louisiana
Lambeth in Louisiana and Texas

Sidney of Pennsylvania

If someone is of your family feel free to contact me to transfer them to you. I feel families should have access to their family, unlike some who are just interested in the number of memorials they maintain and are so within themselves which destroys the purpose of this sharing information....

Wondering where you found the first name Berent. The stone shows only Oscar.
Thanks for all the work you're doing. Sure are keeping me busy. ~Terry

Frankie Landry Powell
Hi Charlott,
I noticed that you left a flower for Frankie Landry Powell, and that some details about her husband William Syras Powell (Sherman Co. Oregon) came from you. Are you related to them? I have a few photos of some of John Landrys children, and suspect one may be of Frankie when she was a girl. I am looking for any descendants of any of these Landry girls to see if any other photos remain that could be compared to. I'd love to be able to identify the pictures. Just wondering if you were in any way connected. If so, do you know if Opal or Velma had children? This is just a stab in the dark but I thought I'd try.

Benjamin Richard Jarrell
Charlott,
I have incorporated the information that you suggested in Benjamin Jarrell's memorial.

My mother-in-law, Martha Beatrice Jarrell Bittaker, was born on the plantation in 1912 (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=14198235). I have many, many fond memories of the place and all of her family.

RE: Information
Hi charlott:

I am putting information on my memorials, but with 45000+ to maintain, I have to do them first come first served. This spring and summer have been insanely busy with personal obligations, but rest assured that I will post your information eventually. The best way to submit information is through the Submit a Correction, those get posted quickly. If you are unhappy with my work you can always stop payment on my check. Oh, that's right. I do this for free. Never mind!

Cheers,
Carrie

RE: Jarrell family
Charlott,
My husband is a Jarrell descendant so anything you have on the Jarrell line would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Darlene

Charles and Bertrand Ridgeway
I declined a couple of your edits on these two. We are to keep the date fields as inscribed on the stones to avoid duplication. Since you sent different birthdates, I listed them in their bios. Also, Bertrand died in Kansas per cemetery records (and no Illinois d. c. was found), not Illinois, so I declined for that reason as well. I found Charles' obit and added it for you. Hope that helps. Thanks.
