The permission comes from the Columbarium. You need to send Jenifer an email asking for permission for a an agent to take a photo for you. I have learned that only family members are granted permission. Consider how you word you request.
Let me know when you hear back and have permission and I will be happy to go and get your picture

Suggestion: Post your photo request after you obtain permission.
A new policy has been put in place and it does affect all of you using the Find A Grave photo request feature. For those of you wanting a photo of a family member's urn and niche, you will need to write or email Jennifer DiCamillo, (email@example.com) for written permission
Once permission is granted, and you have your letter, you can send a copy of the letter to the Find A Grave Volunteer who claimed your photo request. They will be able to act as your family representative by taking a copy of the permission letter to Arthur Wright Crematory and Columbarium. The volunteer will then be allowed to take a photo on your behalf.
