Genealogy is what we do; sisters is what we are. |
We are the best of friends who share the bond of ancestry.
We are Sacramento natives, and have a very rich
Californian history, and it's told through our ancestors.
If, by chance, we have management of your family member's FAG memorial page, just let us know through a public message, email, or through the edit tab on there page. We will be delighted to transfer ancestors/family members.

|Lee Ashmore||RE: Timothy Nolan Hopkins|
What I have is a copy of a 4 page letter written by Timothy Nolan Hopkins to Mary L. Hopkins asking for additional information on her family. The letter includes a rough genealogy of her Mayflower ancestors including Terry surnames. I've posted everything in the letter on findagrave. Start with Mary L. Hopkins #60946333 and click on family links to get the whole story.
I believe the library in Port Washington, NY sent it to me along with info on my Long Island Hopkins that I requested. I'm still not sure if my Hopkins are Mayflower or Declaration of Independence signer Stephen Hopkins of RI descendants. I'm mising a couple of generations.

You probably already know that Timothy compiled 2 amazing genealogies of the Mayflower Hopkins and the John Hopkins of Cambridge, MA 1634 line of which Mark Hopkins b1813 descends. His research was destroyed in the 1906 earthquake and he had to start over again. What determination! As a Hopkins descendant I'm glad he did. I have copies of letters in his own handwriting he sent to various folks asking for information about their families.

It is my pleasure. I am going to finish up the cemetery this week, well as finished as you can get...as soon as you take the last photo, there are more to take. If I can be of any other help, with obits or transfers, please let me know.

I tansferred Walsie Ida Turner to you. I'm in the process of taking better pictures and full gravesite photos and will add them to her at some point.

|JKW||Thomas Marston #91897093|
I received an email from a Find A Grave visitor (not logged in) who believes Thomas Marston in Mary's Cemetery is the oldest son of Thomas Marston #53176044 and Mary Marston #53177616. Is that correct? If so, I'll do the links and, if you'd like, transfer Thomas, Jr.'s memorial to you. In fact, I would be glad to transfer all the Marston memorials that I made if you're related.

|Cincinnati Spring Grove Volunteer Admin||hi there|
could you use the EDIT tab on the records to request changes/transfers. It's much easier for me to do this way.
Please read my profile. Thanks so much.
