Thank you for looking for Rudolph's headstone in the Hankinson Cemetery. I wonder if it is not marked. Thank you for your time!

RE: St Mary's Cemetery in Breck
Yes I am looking for Cleona Bock Thomas (memorial 51526228) and she should be next to Gertrude with no marker. I hope he puts the flag out. I should have explained better. Anyway, don't waste a lot of time....

RE: Steffes Family.
Hi DDM
Thank you once again for time and energy to help me find my missing Family members. I thought for sure Anna was going to be found at Calvary Cemetery in Hankinson.
I am soo sorry I sent you into Snake infested grounds, I guess you are entitled to Hazard pay for fighting off all the snakes. Were they Poisonous?
Hows the weather there are you getting close to the snow fall coming?
If you happen to stumble upon some of my family member ( you probably know them pretty well by now)anywhere along your way in other adventures in the Wahpeton area Cemetery's maybe you can keep me in mind and we can work together to set up their Memorials.
hope to talk to you soon
Regards John

Hi DDM
I looked at the rest of the Shipes in Calvary Cemetery in Hankinson,ND, you already picked up the 4 requests from earlier and I found 3 more of the same Shipe Family and have requested addtional photos for them also. Hopefully you can "Claim" them to and do them all at once. They would be William Shipe Memorial# 115286218, His wife Angelina Roselda John Shipe Memorial# 115304501, and Their Daughter Angelina L Shipe Wipperman Memorial# 115286251, Hopefully they all shoud be in the same area as the original 4
Thank you soo much for doing this for me the other pictures you took of the Steffes Family etc last weekend have all found their places on the Family Tree and give you more of a feeling of actually being their.
Talk to you soon
Regards John

RE: St Mary's Cemetery in Breck
I finally called the cemetery guy, I am a procrastinator. He said he would put a pink flag on the spot. It is in the BOCK plot, which I believe started your findagrave career. It goes like this....starting with 1 Gertrude, 2 Cleona, 3 Robert, 3a Ruby 4 FE Bock. Straight to the cross and 3 rows to the right?? Does that sound right?? He will likely have the flag there by the weekend. Hope this info helps you....if you would email me a couple of good photos showing the row and plot and flag. A very huge thanks for you for helping me!!!

RE: Steffes Family.
Hi DDM
Additional Pictures like the one's you took at Calvary in Wahpeton would be wonderful. I am requesting additional pictures right now after I send this message.
Just like in the searches for your ancestor's there is always some story and Mystery surrounding the search and find Anna "Annie" Steffes Shipe (1874-1909) and her Children is no exception. Anna Died young age 34 of cancer leaving 3 young Children behind. Her Husband George Edgar Shipe Remarried in 1916 and moved back east. He was a Brakeman on the Railroad and ended up being buried in Chicago,Illinois.
The 5 Shipe Children were raised by the Steffes Family on the Farm in Center Township, Richland, ND.
1) Eva R Shipe(1901-1975) She married Francis "Frank Crockett (1902-1969) they both died in the Wahpeton area SOOO they all could be in Hankinson Calvary next to her Mom Anna and her brothers Peter W, Edgar G, Edward J Shipe in Hankinson, Calvary. So look for all or any Crckett's while you are there I have not found where they are Buried yet. If you find them I will set up their Memorials and we can add your photos.
So you know the names to look for. This is probably Way more than you wanted to know, but I am excited to find them.
Regards John

RE: Demoray Family
Hi DDM
Thank You SO Much for all the new pictures, It's going to take me awhile to soak them all in and add them to the Family Tree. It looks like there is only one Very large "Steffes" Momument and that one Monument has Peter Steffes Sr and his wife Katherine Steffes and their Daughter Susanna Steffes and all three are on that one Monument instead of 3 separate large Monuments. Am I right?
It appears that the two Reckert (Margaret and George) spelt with a "E" instead of a "I" is a different Family. Or i haven't found them yet.
I do have one open Photo request for a Anna A. "Annie" Steffes Shipe Memorial# 132500518 In Calvary Cemetery in Hankinson, North Dakota. Is that too far for you to travel? Isen't Hankinson near Wahpeton? She is the only one that I don't have a headstone Photo for. She is next to her three of her sons Peter, Edgar, Edward, Shipe, She died at age 35. If you get around to that area maybe you can pick up the photo request.
Thank you too for the adventure, I find there is always a mystery around every corner. One by one I seem to resolve them.
Regards John

RE: Demoray Family
Hi DDm
There is a open Photo request for my Grand Aunt Anna A "Annie" Steffes Shipe Memorial# 132500518 She is in Calvary Cemetery in Hankinson, N D. She was one of the peter and Katherin Steffes Girl's and Married George Edgar Shipe .
The Shipe name is another good name to look for as the were very close friend's of the Steffes and Demoray Families.
