My name is John. e-mail PS7616 AT YAHOO. Born and raised in central Iowa. Names I'm currently interested in researching are BRYANT-CREIGHTON-DAYMUDE-OLSON-FOSTER-PETERSON-HOFFMAN-LEWISON. Everywhere I look on this website there are amazing people putting forth amazing efforts. I hope to someday be included with them. I take random photos of stones while walking cemeteries, then create memorials afterwards. If you recognize any, you are welcome to them.|

|Saralyn||RE: Major Huckstep's birthday|
Thanks, John---I wanted to be sure to leave a flower token on his actual birthday, so I am glad to have that cleared up!

Thought you would like to know that your cousin Judge Lee Creighton has a memorial on findagrave at http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=104016832
Elaine Schrock, who personally knew Lee and his family currently owns his memorial and wouldn't mind transferring the memorial over to family members. Would you be interested in having the memorial transferred to you? I don't know if any of Lee's immediate family uses findagrave.

I hope there is not a problem with Oliver Evans. He was not located as you listed at B 5653, But at B 5655. There are 2 Oliver Evans with death date of 1863 ( O.M. & Oliver) I noted that Oliver's stone lists a State not mentioned in his data. Let me know if there is a problem that i could help correcting?

JB, Thank you so very much for the beautiful words and token you left for my dad. I really, really appreciate it.
|Saralyn||RE: Maj. Huckstep|
John, when I noticed that the Major had sacrificed his life just a month before I was born, it somehow brought it home to me just what so many men and women have sacrificed so that I might grow up in a free country. Sponsoring his memorial seemed a small repayment for what he did for me!
My Dad, husband, and 3 brothers are all veterans.
