|Bio and Links|
|I began walking cemeteries in 2008 by walking a section of Oakwood in Montgomery Co, Ala. Eight years later I have come to the inevitable conclusion that, due to ongoing health issues, my days of walking cemeteries are over. I may from time to time add folks I know but I am just not physically able to continue this endeavor that I love. |
Please bear in mind that Find A Grave works only because of volunteers such as myself. People move, they die, they lose interest, internet connections, camera's break, cars & people too. =)
As such if you come across a notation I made on a memorial that is more than a year old please do not make any assumptions about the intent just drop me a line and let me know because believe it or not I forget.
Because it is hard to judge the tone of an email any that are construed as frivolous or snarky will be disregarded. Please exercise patience, if you have waited more than thirty days for an edit to be processed you may forward it to edit.
Please do not assume I am the source of erroneous information.
All transfers will be handled according to the four generation policy. Editing has evolved to the point that management of memorials for the sole purpose of adding information is just unnecessary.
I am not sure where some got the idea that because FindaGrave was acquired by Ancestry copyright holder laws no longer apply and you can download and upload photos you find here to Ancestry. Ancestry provides a link and thumbnail to those photos but all rights are retained by the person who actually took the photo. Some photos may contain a watermark with my name for this purpose. Sadly, some folks don't give a fig about copyright rules so I have to resort to other measures. Please ask before using any of my photos elsewhere.
