I love finding the old forgotten cemetery out in the woods, and there are plenty around this area! Please contact me to transfer management of any memorial I have added or if you need any additional research done.

|SLong||RE: Requesting permission to use Photos posted on Find A Grave pertaining to my Families|
Thank you so very much for sharing this photo. I have been searching for this stone for many years.
Elsie is my 1st cousin 1x removed. Her mother was my grandmother's sister.
You have filled in a large hole in my research due to your kindness.

I would like to add the Tombstone photo of Elsie Hamilton, buried in Adkins Cem., Argillite, Greenup, Ky. to my files. I think this is the daughter of my great aunt, Mary Newman Hamilton and Elick Hamilton.
Thank you for taking your time to post the information and photos, for us, on Find A Grave.

|Erin P. =)||Hastings graves in Commerce|
Hi, I have taken pictures of the three Hastings in Commerce Cemetery that you requested, but they are vertical, & even though I rotated them, I'm having trouble getting them to appear that way on Find a Grave. I have a new computer, & I'm still working out the kinks (in me, not the computer!), so I'll keep working on it & maybe I can get their pictures added soon.

While I was there I noticed two other Robertson's next to him, Laura and Dennis. I took those pictures also and sure enough they were not on find a grave either. I put those in as well.
I'm glad that I could be of some help.

Would you mind if I transfer your Grandfather
to your care? Thank you for all your hard work!
My dad, Conard Caudill, is also incorrectly listed. Those are the only ones from our cemetery. Thanks.
|Brenda Caudill-Barnes||RE: Cemetery|
I don't understand what information you are requesting. Our cemetery is separated from the McQuire and from the Hall cemeteries with a fence. My grandfather donated the land the McGuire cemetery is on because some of the local people could not afford to pay for burial plots.
The only surnames buried on our cemetery are Caudill, Reffett, Reffitt, Thompson, Short, and Jones.

Our cemetery may not be on the historic listing but my grandparents bought the land in the 40's and the first graves were placed there in the 50's. We have a deed for our cemetery. I am going to be adding all the graves in the next few weeks. Thanks.

Stanley was my brother. You have him listed in the wrong cemetery. He is buried in the McKinley & Mildred Reffett Cemetery.

Hi, I would love to exchange information. I think my e-mail is shown on my public page on Find a Grave. Please get in touch.
The Preston line was a major source of investigation for about six distant cousins about 10 years ago. A CD with all the information was created by a very organized and thorough researcher, Sonia Meyer. She generously distributed it to her fellow researchers. I have a copy.
Look forward to hearing from you. Pat Conwell, 24822769
