After my father passed away in 2004, I found a passion for researching our family history. Its been the most enjoyable experience of my life. I love meeting new cousins online and sharing information. I am always willing to share any and all information I have gathered.
I would like to express gratitude and love to those of you who have taken your precious time, money, and energy to take photos in the graveyards and those who post pics and information for others to view. What wonderful service you have provided for others.
Please keep in mind that my family tree is subject to mistakes (some say it's the human in me). My feelings will not be hurt if you send me corrections. I'll always take the time to validate the info and I'll appreciate you for the time it takes to send corrections.
NOTE: Please keep this in mind. A well meaning person left a note on my photo requests leaving me no avenue to write back to save my reputation. He left a note for others stating I post findagrave pictures on ancestry.com. I want everyone to know that I ALWAYS ASK PERMISSION to copy photos from findagrave. I consider myself ethical and mindful of others. There was no way to answer this person and in that case maybe the person wasn't well meaning after all. Thou shalt not judge others bucko.
One more fact here: the person must have been searching my ancestry.com tree to know I have photos posted. You see....I believe in sharing all I have to help others.

Absolutely! All the photos I post on findagrave are free for the use of the living folks who want to remember those who are gone. Call it my labor of love. ;-) Glad to find someone can use my random snappings. That trip to McClintock was a lovely summer morning.
