Bio and Links
Bio Photo I love genealogy!I am fascinated with everything family history related, even people I'm not related to. I love searching cemeteries for ancestors, not just mine but others as well. I think Find A Grave website is amazing! (I wish I would have thought it up.)I consider myself an intermediate researcher spending several hours each day. This is my passion.

Although MOST of my memorial pages are family related I would be glad to turn memorial pages that are not so closely related to me over to current direct descendents. Please feel free to send me corrections or additions to my pages.

Hunter family names
I also am a genealogist and sometimes come across other trees unrelated to mine and tack the old photos to find their families. I have 18 cabinet photos from the Hunter linage out of Scotland. A David Simpson Hunter m Janet Cook. I am trying to locate which Steve Hunter photo I have and how to track some family member who can care for the old photos. In looking at Find A Grave Adam Patterson Hunter b Scotland 16 Aug 1818 his photo has a strong resemblance to the photo of Steve Hunter that I have. I know these photos were from a family line of David Simpson Hunter who m Janet Cook, also born Scotland. I am thinking that a large family of Hunter's migrated into Utah from Scotland and England and are related but want to be sure before I post this photo of Steve to #90002502.
Any help if you know Hunter history would be appreciated. Thanks, Georgie Ann Hankins Waddell

Hamblin/Nortons
Hello, I have found some Obituaries that state Robert Rudolph Hamblin is burried at Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. I can not find him at all anywhere in the us. Also I am looking for any other Hamblin or Norton graves there. Thank you so much if you have any info that might help.

RE: Permissions
Hi again Cathy,

Thank you so much for the permissions. Yes, Nauvoo and Carthage mean so much to me. Did you get a chance to visit Carthage? My dad was born and raised there. As a matter of fact, both his parents are from there. My dads five generation sheet shows each and every direct member having ties to Hancock County.

I want to visit there so badly. I've got to do it next year.

I would like to take you up on the offer of emailing a copy of that picture. That is so nice of you. My email address is suesuelew@msn.com.

I pray you have a very Merry Christmas and recieve many blessings for what you are doing for others.

Permissions
Hi Cathy,

I wanted to ask your permission to copy the photo you took at the Nauvoo City Cemetery. It is an incredible photo for someone like myself who has so many members of my family from Hancock County, Illinois.

I, too, have that undeniable passion for family history. Sometimes I get so hyper, like this weekend when my niece sent quite a few old family photos. I think I even got a picture of a great grandfather! Woot! Doing the genealogy dance!!

Anyway, may I have your permission to copy any photos/information you have posted on findagrave? I'd like to add them to my ancestry family tree.

Thanks for your time Cathy and have a Merry Christmas.

Susie
