Bio and Links
Bio Photo I reside in East Brunswick, NJ where I live with my wife Joanne, mother Rose and my two pet ferrets, Blackie and Penny and my cat Kitten. I recently lost my pet ferret 'Bianca' to cancer on December 30, 2009. You can view all of my 'furbabies' Findagrave tribute pages in the internment section. If you can, please feel free to leave a note for them as they were all great little individuals!

After a fifteen year career as a radio announcer, I decided to change careers and I am now a webdesigner and developer. I am also the proud owner of the largest independent baseball website on the world wide web called "The Deadball Era", the only website dedicated to deceased major league players located at http://www.thedeadballera.com/. I am also a Nationally Recognized baseball researcher and baseball necrologist and a member of The Society For American Baseball Research (SABR) I worked as a researcher for a TV project for ESPN on the 1919 World Series Scandle. My Baseball Site has been featured in the January 4th, 2002 issue of Sports Illustrated along with many periodicals Nation Wide.

I have authored a new book on deceased major leaguers called 'Bury My Heart at Cooperstown: Sad, Salacious, and Surreal Deaths in the History of Baseball. Along with Baseball Research and Necrology, my hobbies are playing with my computer, baseball and celebrity trivia, collecting classic New York Islander hockey jerseys, raising tropical fish, and cruising on my motorcycle whenever I get the chance.

I have also made many friends through the findagrave family including my good buddies Joyce Ellsworth, Russ Dodge, Stew Thornley, Jim Tipton, A.J. Marik and Connie Nisinger.

RE: Joew Beggs Grave photo
Hello,
I know it has been a few yrs since you contacted me about Joe Beggs. I ran across your request when I was cleaning out my messages on Find a Grave. I can't find a photo of a Joe Beggs taken by me. Did you get me mixed up with somone else? Just wanted to know to satisfy my own curiosity.

(And I love baseball. My uncle gave up a ball career to enter WWII. There me met Stan Musel(sp?). My cousin is named for him.. )
