Thank you for the obituary for Mrs. Noble - I have added it to her memorial.

OK. If it's in the very old part of the cemetery it's probably grassed over which is a shame. I'll try and attach some general cemetery vista's to the main page. It's a beautiful location

We're glad we could take the photo for you Pam.

Not a problem, it was my pleasure. I am glad to be of service. It is a beautiful cemetery and I took another photo of the surrounding wall so that you can get a sense of where the plaque is situated. Let me know if you wish me to upload it to his memorial. Edie

Sorry it took me so long to put that one together. It was about 70 degrees a couple of days last week, then rain and blizzard conditions with wind and snow yesterday. CRAZY! And back to balmy spring temps by the weekend. It's the great Midwest, what can I say:). Now I'm waiting for the ground to dry up again and I'll be back at it.

I am also looking for John Murphy. I have walked the cemetery and have not found his marker. According to the lady that has the records of the cemetery, he is buried there along with his wife Elizabeth Williams. How are you related? I am related to Elizabeth. Maybe we can share info. Again, You're most welcome. I'm trying to photograph all the tombstones in Sumach--a herculean task.

Hey Pam! It's springtime so I'm back to wandering the cemeteries in my spare time! I went to city hall again last week and took a look at the records for Caledonia, and indeed, Earl McKee purchased the SE 1/4 of Lot No 15, Evergreen Addition of Caledonia Cemetery. Unfortunately, they failed to fill in any more information than that. . . I have narrowed down the location to a basically empty spot in the cemetery. As soon as I get to me cable I'll upload the photos of the general location and place something on the photo to show where this lot is located in relation to the others. AND if I have my 'poking stick' with me the next time I'm out there I'll see what I can find :)
