RE: Alice Richards Torrey
Hi! Thanks for the response. And thank you kindly for requesting photos!!!! I apologize for I initially thought you posted all tha info, now I see I am mistaken. But I than realized your connection was posting the photo of the Combe Florey church since you were actually listed as posting that photo. Is that Combe Florey? Did you post that photo or am I wrong? Again, thank you kindly for responding.

Alice Richards Torrey
Hello again! Is the photo you put up under Alice Richards Torrey of Combe St. Nicholas or Combe Florey? It looks like photos I've seen of Combe St. Nicholas. Can you take a photo of her and her husband Philip's grave stones? THANK YOU!

There may be a chance your memorial is already on Find A Grave.

Please compare 159421561 and 20306461.

I'm doing some lineage for my family which includes How or Howe and came upon the two postings.

Alice Richards Torrey
Hi - I am trying to confirm the information you have for Alice Richards Torrey Birth: 1584
Combe St Nicholas
Somerset, England
and Buried in St Paul and St Peter. I have varied info for her and going off research done in 1929 where they say she was buried in Combe St. Nicholas according to her will. What is your source info? Are there photos of headstones? THANK YOU! David Torrey

Mildred Heppler Rogers
Hi! Mildred Heppler Rogers 1914-2011 (Find A Grave Memorial# 71512350) is NOT buried in Avondale Cemetery, Stratford ON Canada. I sent an email correction on May 23 2016, but the memorial has not beeen updated. I don't know her burial location, but it is likely in Reno NV, based on her obituary.

You asked me to add Rev. War Soldier to his memorial. Can you send me your source information for this? I could not find it on Ancestry, Fold3, DAR website or the book of Mass Rev. War Soldiers. I'm sorry to be a pain, but I have been asked many times to add information to memorials that I have then had to go back and correct later, so now if it is not on the stone I do not add it without a source. I do not need a link, just something simple that I can also add to your correction to leave bread crumbs for any researchers who come after you. Thank you for understanding. You may contact me at Thanks again and I look forward to updating the memorial for you.
