A native Texan standing 6'10" tall ~ everything is BIGGER in Texas ~ now living in the far north Houston suburbs & enjoying retirement. I'm 63 and suffered a heart attack 7/1/12 but am recuperating with medications, praise God. My computer time will be less than before. I am a very religious guy with a strong belief in Jesus Christ as the "Son of God."
I and many others were admittedly in error about the correct date of the Rapture of God's 'ELECT' & the annihilation of the entire Universe which had been created by Jehovah God: Jesus Christ, the Creator. We are continuing with more due diligence & Bible study to glean as much as humanly possible of Truth from the Bible.
One of my goals is to honor veterans of all wars. I would suggest that if you have a loved one or friend who was in either World War II, Korean War, the Vietnam War or the War on Terror that he/she should be recognized on the official website. Please honor them here:

Hi, it's always wonderful to meet other family members. I am a direct descendant. I'm sure that you understand why I would not transfer my grandparents to you. I am in constant contact with the remaining surviving children…my aunt and uncles. They are aware of findagrave and support my efforts in posting as well as physically taking care of my grandparents gravesite here in Houston.

Well I see that you are a very tall guy . . . . so I am glad you were the one to post the memorial for Yao Defen . . . . poor woman I am sure that all of her pain and people looking at her is all stop now . . . . I did pick a photo to help show her and someone regular size . . . . hope this may have been her mother ?
And yes we all need to keep up the good work too . . . . . after all I or maybe you are not famous but we can leave our mark and make helpful memories for others to to last many many years and to be saved and shred around the world !
Such as my Vietnamese wife in different areas of Viet Nam can see and share and show and educated the family they have about the family here . . . . And John Life does go on . . . .

I have just created a memorial for Grant Duncan who died in line of duty, as Fire Chief of the City of Fulton, MO in 1946. He was fighting a fire at a fraternity house at a local college. No one else was killed. I know you like to know these things.

I was a Special Agent with the FBI and was assigned to the Washington Field Office from 1971 - 1974, and knew Millie during that time. She was the secretary to the Special Agent in Charge. Had a very good reputation within the Bureau. I only had 39 years with the FBI and was a short-timer compared to her.
I'm also a native Texan and am now 77. Had two heart attacks in 1987 at age 52.
Keep up the good work there in Houston.

There is no "first come first served" on famous memorials as there is on others. Ofter multiple pages are submitted and they are picked from or combined.
