Gen. Alexander Asboth
I am presently working on a Florida Department of State Civil War Trail for publication in April 2011. I would like to locate an image of Gen Asboth to use in this publication. Might you be able to assist me? Thank you.

Charles heckman
I am working on an interpretive sign about the battles that took place in Chesterfield County, VA during the Civil War. Charles Heckman featured prominently in several of those battles. I was wondering if you could tell me where you found the pictures you posted of him on Find a Grave. I am trying to locate a photo of Gen. Heckman that is in a high resolution format. If you could point me to your source it would be greatly appreciated.

Turner Ashby photo
Ron, Great work on the Turner Ashby memorial. However, you have the wrong Ashby in your photo. That is a picture of James Ashby, nephew of Turner. There are several good pictures of Turner Ashby on the internet. Just Google his name and piock the one you like best. There is a portrait by John Paul Strain showing Ashby on a white horse that is really good.
