Very amateur genealogy buff. (And believe me, that's the only thing "buff" about me!) More interested in finding ancestors and registering them properly than "owning" either their cemetery or interments.

Bills family disconnect
Hi Bill. I got your name from the Find A Grave site for Solomon Bills. I am a Bills family descendant, and am trying to trace our branch backward. Other people researching our tree have said that we link in to Solomon Bills, son of John Enoch Bills. I am trying to make that link clearer.
Our man was Josephus Bills, born Jan 1835 died 31 Jan 1905. I think he was born in IN, and he died in Fortville, Hancock Co IN. Do you know if Solomon had a son named Josephus? From what I read, it sounded like Solomon was never as far west as Indiana . Perhaps Josephus was not born in IN, or if he was, perhaps I am missing a generation between Solomon and him. Or he came from William or one of the other Bills. Do you know anything that can help? Thanks. Lou Copper

Thanks for sponsoring her memorial! Tomorrow would have been her 99th birthday, so she has been on my mind a lot this week.

RE: Sanborn
It was a great day for photos, grass was green and the peony's were blooming. I took 5-6 pics from different angles.
Glad you like it.

RE: Sanborn
No problem taking a photo of the area where Infant Sanborn is buried. I should forewarn you it is a said section of graves. Graves of infants were packed together in small plots. About 60-80 of them but only a few markers survive. A few of them crumbled and not legible.
