Leslie Crowther
Hi Andy, so pleased to find this website. You do a great job in restoring memories of thos who have passed away. I recall poor Leslie at Phil Lynnots funeral. He appeared very upset. He was shaking alot and so remorsed I could hardly follow his words.

Caroline was, and still is a lovely girl. I dont think Leslie approved too much of her marrying Phil. Maybe cos he was a star. But so was Leslie so I found it difficult why he would have such a view.

There was a whiff of alcohol of his breath so I assumed he had been blessed from above and shared the wine with Jesus before condemning Phil but infairness it wasn't that.

He was just himself and I guess judged without thinking. Strange thing is tho he was been judged but strong ol Leslie didnt deter from implying that it kinda served Phil right.

He prob didnt mean what he said but how tragic that he got ill some years later? The real tragedy was that he didnt have enough time to reflect on his failed career and perhaps suffer some more. That would have been nice, ya know, a prolonged painful death. I think thats what Leslie deserved.

No method no guru no teacher.

Colm. But please call me Dolge, Phil did.

Ashley Ann Lynn
Just letting you know that you have your information wrong. Ashley is not buried at the cemetery you have listed. She is buried at a different cemetery and as a mater of fact her father has created a memorial page with all of her correct info on it. I am Ashleys friend since childhood. I am also curious as to why you created a page for her. No disrespect intended.

Leonard Rossiter
Hi Andy,

Many thanks for the tribute to the late, great Leonard Rossiter.

For many years now I have tried to find Leonard's resting place and by chance I came across a Wikipedia entry for Mortlake Crematorium in in Kew,London as I was sarching for the late Kirsty McCall and by chance there in the listings of famous services was Leonard Rossiter. At last a mystery solved.

The only other mystery now is the resting place of Patrick Troughton, another favourite actor of mine. Hope this helps
