Luther Lawrence
Jim, I rec'd your note about the death of Luther Lawrence. Thank you for taking the time to write me. But, they info you gave, is already in the bio I wrote.

Also, the "flower" you left on his page probably should be re-written as to me it makes it look like you are saying he GRADUATED college in 1946 which, as you know, would be incorrect.

Thank you for the birth information for Mr. Boone. I had added the locations for both his birth and death. I appreciate your attention to this memorial.

Is it acceptable to add a memorial for someone who is still living?
Please try to avoid it. In general, we do not encourage adding memorials for individuals who are still living. We do realize, however, that when transcribing a cemetery, it is not always possible to determine if the person is living or not. Memorials for individuals who are alive will be removed when requested (the exception being for 'famous' individuals who already have a burial location in place). You are always welcome to create a 'pre-need' memorial for yourself, if you would like, provided that you have a pre-need headstone already in place in a cemetery. Given these exceptions, a memorial created after death will be preferred over a pre-need memorial. [Top]

Question for neighbors are the Hunnings and I'm wondering why you have made a memorial page for them and they are alive and well. I'm asking because I hope you respond with a good answer if you reply at all. I know these people, do you? They are upset to say the least. So, with that being said I hope you do reply. I really want to understand your thinking process before I say to much more.

Margaret Blackshear‏
All the information you sent me to post is already on the memorial in relationship links and dates/places section.

I did put in the bio section that some of the information's source was "Florida Deaths, 1877-1939," database, FamilySearch.

I think that covers that request for Mrs. Blackshear's memorial.
