I am a mother of 2, grandmother of 2. I have researched my family history starting in 1989, a Senior in high school. I have gradually become the family historian, along with a few others. We get together for a Family History Day annually and educate and share what we have found to the others in the family who are interested. I have been blessed to be able to meet several new-old kinfolk that I was fortunate enough to have found over the years. I would not have found as much info on my ancestors as I have without the help of my genealogical friends, therefore, I pass it on and am willing to help anyone in need with their research as well. I am looking forward to the day I retire and can make researching my family my full time job. :-)
