Bio and Links
Bio Photo Most of the memorials I manage are in Rest-Haven Memorial Park. The cemetery has about 17,000 graves with just under 14,500 of them on Find-A-Grave. Rest-Haven has a mausoleum in addition to the cemetery. This cemetery has no upright gravestones, only flat ground level grave marker. The cemetery does not require that a grave be marked, so many graves have no markers.

I will be happy to make additions or corrections to the memorials I manage. If you have a correction, extra information or want a transfer please use the EDIT TAB on that individual's memorial. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A "Public Message" WHEN ASKING FOR EDITS OR TRANSFERS.

I enjoy genealogical research and spend time enhancing memorials as time permits. My primary task is adding new memorials to help people find their family and friends.

Hello Rebecca,

I added your marriage information you sent to the bio per your request. Will you remove the photo information on Find A Grave Memorial #74497336. Thanks for your help.

RE: Hermina Grant #136691535
I'm somewhat offended by your remarks.
My purpose is to see that all the burials in Cottonwood County cemeteries up to 2010 are listed, so that relatives can find out the basic when and where information. If I can do that with just 2 names and 2 years off a headstone or a sexton's register, that's all I do. It's enough. This is primarily a grave locating site, not a genealogical site. Generally, I do not research individuals beyond getting an presumably accurate page.

I only do research (based on 30 years working on my own family) if I cannot get a clear listing from the two sources listed above. For example, I've had one recently which had Father and Mother with no first names. For this research, I use local resources with which I'm very familiar as well as general ones online. As my work has developed over the years I have become more and more careful about noting sources. If I say in the biography section, "A family tree on Ancestry says" whatever, I am not stating it as fact. I am giving anyone else who sees the page a suggestive hint that I have found. So I DO do my own research, thank you very much.

I am glad to have people point out errors in my work so that I can correct them. Often any errors were in my sources, even headstones with inaccurate names and dates. I am not glad to have the quality of my work impugned.

I will not be working further on this individual. If the information on the marriage license and census are adequately represented elsewhere on the page, I would prefer that you remove those images. Thank you.

Are you related to her. If so, I would consider a transfer. I usually don't put up documents here, except for obituaries, as I want to save room for photos. It's all a matter of priorities. I put documents on family tree sites like If you let me know what you are trying to accomplish, I will be glad to do what I can to help.

One way to expand the number of items you can post is by sponsoring the page. It's only a few bucks.

Thanks for your quick response. Thanks also for pointing out the two memorials. The Julian memorial of Clarence Charles Tansil 73736170 is in the wrong cemetery. The memorial I posted is 100% correct with the headstone photo.

Hello Rebecca,

My memorial & headstone is in the right city & the photo is from the right location also. You need to contact Julian to get him to move his memorial to Sharon TN location. I will be glad to delete my memorial when you or Julian contact me back about the correction made. I will be waiting to hear back from you. Thanks for pointing this out to me.

It would be easier for me if you would just as for transfers of related memorials than put in edits.
