I have been interested in genealogy for as long as I can remember. I am thrilled with this site as it enables me to share with others and maybe help them in some small way.|
Please notify me if you find any errors, duplicates, or if you disagree with my info.
Please feel free to ask for transfers as I'm not related to a lot of the people I create memorials for - just trying to get the information out to those of you looking to find friends and relatives. If I'm related and don't want to transfer, I will let you know. I deal with a lot of memorials, requests, emails, etc. so please don't assume that I will ask if you want a transfer - I'm assuming that you will ask if you want it transferred. :) I'm not doing this for the numbers, I'm just trying to help out those who are searching for loved ones and missing pieces to their family history.
I have taken most photos with a simple brushing off of the stone so if you find a photo that I have taken and you think the quality could be better - let me know and maybe I can go back and get a better photo (by cleaning the marker, taking when the lighting is different, etc.). I can't make any promises but I am certainly willing to try.
Good luck with your research!

Thank you so very much for transferring Susan's memorial to me. The ancestors of Calaway Mansfield Allen thank you too!!!
|Dan Hyde||Robert Gordon grave|
Cindy, thank you for the added information about Robert Gordon. I still have some further investigation to confirm if he is my Great Grandfather's brother's grandson. I hope that is not too confusing. Thanks again, Dan.

Good Day Cindy!
I wanted to send you an appreciation note, for all the hours you volunteer for this web site, AND to confirm that sharing your photos is a very kind effort indeed! You do exceptional work! I ALWAYS credit the thoughtful photographer for their headstone and/or memorial plaque pictures when I place them into my Ancestry.com Family Tree, and will do the same for any of yours which I am lucky to have the pleasure of viewing!
Best Wishes to you and your genealogy ventures!
