|Jonathan Beacher||William Andrew Jackson|
Hi, you've added William Andrew Jackson 1857-1930 to Find A Grave but without a cemetery. I'm researching the same ancestor and wondering if you have any clue where he might be buried? I'm also looking for death date for Cora Shreve, his wife?
I've also obtained the copies of newspaper accounts of the the murder of his father, George Issac Jackson (1819-1867) and am trying to pin down his birthplace in Ohio, knowing in 1860 they certainly were in Delaware County, Ohio in the census.

Would you please add his middle name, John to the memorial & link to his father, Ferdinand John, Jr. #97441896? Thanks!

Ferd is buried in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens cemetery. The section is Last Supper Garden & he's resting in lot 206D, space 3. I'd like to take photos of his headstone & those of his parents & grandmother, too, when I have a chance.
Thank you so much for adding his memorial & photo to Find A Grave. It's a really nice tribute. Regards, Dee

Happy to help!

I am not sure? I would guess it to be 1923. I think that he was married at least 3 times? Under my friends, you will see a link for Donna McPherson, she may know the exact date of his birth. She is an expert on the Albritton's from Polk County, Fl. She is a wonderful woman and will give you all the help she can!
|Dee E||RE: Ferd|
Ferd was my 2nd cousin & I remember him when we were younger & still lived nearby. He was a really good guy! Our grandmothers were sisters but I was a few years older than Ferd. I really wish that I did have a photo. Since I noticed you'd added his memorial, I've been searching for the cemetery he's buried in. I'd thought Oak Lawn in Dundalk but his family had moved away to Perry Hall or Parkville years before & the cemetery office has no record of anyone with that surname. He's not buried in Baltimore National, either.
We were living out of state when Ferd was killed in Vietnam & unable to attend his funeral. I really wish there was someone left in the family to ask but unfortunately, most have passed away.
I really apologize for my lack of knowledge but if you'd like you could add his parents names were Ferdinand John Sochurek, Jr. & Gertrude Willhide Sochurek. If I find anything else, I'll surely get back to you. Regards, Dee
