Arlington National Cemetery Problems
Just a recommendation, but if you want to have the plot numbers show up on the request in Arlington, you should just click on the memorial and then use the edit tab to send the info to the owner of the memorial. They can then add it and it will automatically show up in the request. Unless the memorial owner put in the request, they will have no idea your note exists. Anyways, with Arlington its usually easy to find the plots using the VA Grave locator. For those not listed there, the gals in the office at Arlington are super efficient. Not having the site listed really doesn't slow folks down in filling the requests. When I'm there (November - April) I am often filling 100 or so a week. Please just be careful with using "problem reports" when you aren't reporting a problem. The details can't be seen when you are looking at the list via a smartphone at the cemetery, you just see that a problem was reported, and the intent of a problem report is when a grave is unmarked or not in the cemetery, so volunteers usually avoid them and they don't get filled.
