If you send an email to me, it will take a while before I can answer them, my computer has died and waiting on another one....sep. 2016
I am Rhonda and will be having Glaucoma surgery on my right eye on feb 1, 2016 ..for those whom need me to answer question's and help with stuff, it will be a while after that date till I am reading or on the computer...for nice people my email: firstname.lastname@example.org....for mean folks I will print the email and send to my attorney
Now that Ancestry bought them out, I guess now it is a Genealogy site and not just that I found a grave site.
Thought that I would share this on top...For those of us that do ancestry research this a FREE search for Newspaper write ups elephind.com
I am Rhonda Bruce...many have transferred memorials to me without my asking for them, I am in the process of sending them back to you and sending some to those whom want them..it is unfortunate that too many people on this site are just plain rude, I do have some duplicates, however, FAG did not find the names that I searched for when placing them on this site, if there were photo's on them, then I would like to get in touch with that person and have them place it on the older memorial before I deleted my duplicated one, however, I was not give that opportunity to do so and FAG took a few thousand of my memorials just for spite I guess..I really do not know..on the edits' FAG says they will automatically edit in 21 days, so if I have surgery again soon, then that is taken care of. If anyone wants a memorial please send your request to me via the edit and suggestion key on that memorial and please give me your account number also, otherwise I will not be able to transfer and I really do not care how you are related either, my Hulsey line are going to Hulsey family that I have already chosen
good luck to all of you, hope you have better experiences' than I have here...I am keeping my mothers line and my father line and just a few that I have gone out myself and gathered. My slave cemetery searching will not be put on here any longer, for those whom keep up with that. They will go to county courthouse I am in at that time and any other unknown grave I find, like in my own backyard.
to the one's on FAG that were not nice, that was SAndrea you were dealing with, not me. She just wanted me to put that on here.
I am Sandrea, for about 1 year now I have been working rhonda's account, she has health issue's
Please do not transfer any memorials to me when I make a correction, I do not need them and do not want them....
just so that folks know this, I her cousin is managing her account now, some have said that she was rude at times and snippet ** that was not her it was me
For some reason, that I do not know, I cannot place unknown for last names or first name missing, I even accepted edit request to change all of them to Unknown and it is STILL not working for me, I have no idea what to do about it either
below is from FAG notes: Why are there multiple memorials for the same individual? How does Find A Grave handle duplicate memorials? Because so many people add data to Find A Grave, there are often duplicate cemeteries and duplicate memorials added. This is a very common situation and is quite difficult to resolve in a way that keeps everyone happy. Before adding a memorial, search the cemetery to see if a record with that name has already been added. (THAT DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK EITHER)If you are adding a memorial for someone who does not have a physical grave or memorial marker in a cemetery (perhaps their ashes were scattered), please do a general search on Find A Grave (do not enter a location) (THAT ALSO DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK EITHER)to see if a memorial has already been created for that person. If you find a memorial has been added but has incomplete or incorrect information, instead of creating a duplicate memorial use the tools provided to submit corrections, additions or a transfer request via the "Suggest A Correction" link under the 'Edit' tab on the upper right of the memorial. Never deliberately create a duplicate memorial. In regard to duplicates, a memorial with a correct known burial location will always be preferred over an unknown burial location. If a case of duplicate memorials falls to the Administration, the Administration will have the final word on which memorial is deleted and which data will be retained in the remaining memorial page. There are some situations where an individual (usually a 'famous' individual) may have more than one memorial page, because their body was buried in one location but a cenotaph or second marker/memorial was also placed in a second location. NOTE Jan 25, 2013: If there are two memorial pages for the same individual, and one has a Lost at Sea designation, and the other gives the location of a cenotaph or memorial marker, the memorial page with the Lost at Sea location may be merged into the memorial page with a physical cenotaph stone or memorial location.
