Bio and Links
I first started taking pictures of graves of only my relatives. I would return home do a little more research and discover that I missed a few. So out I would go to take a few more photos and the same thing would occur again. After my 3rd trip to the cemetery I decided I would just photograph the whole cemetery.

I try and do a little research on each of the stones that I photograph, using various resources. I use other people's trees for clues then try and prove those clues with documental evidence such as obituaries, census data or other records. It's a very enjoyable experience.

At first I also created a tree on Ancestry and was uploading the tombstone photograph's there as well but it became too labor intensive so now I only upload my relatives there. If you are would like to use my photographs for your family or upload them else where please do so. A link back to find a grave along with credit would be greatly appreciated. If you wish to use my photographs in a for profit venture please obtain written permission to do so.

My primary areas of interest for my own family lines are the names: Reifinger, Latshaw, Stufflet/Stofflet, Schlegel, Bower, Eck, Mertz, Day, Christman, Bock, Bennicoff, and Gruber in Berks, Pennsylvania, USA; Haney, Van Buskirk, Heller, Mills/Mill, Starner, Weiss, Hofner/Hoffner, Fetherman, Coslar, Sandt, Price, Houser, Werkheiser, and Brong in Monroe, Pennsylvania, USA.

I'm willing to transfer out of guidelines. If you are interested in doing more work on any of mine feel free to ask. Just take good care of each individual out of respect for their memory. If it is a relative of mine it may involve a little more discussion.

My search for my gg grandfather turned up nothing, so I started a memorial for him. Then I found yours. I have submitted my info and a picture to yours. I've linked his descendants except for Oscar.
Once updated, may I please have his memorial to maintain? I checked your page, and you didn't list the Johnsons. If I'm wrong and you're a relative, I'd be delighted to share info with you. I'll delete my page once I get the info transferred to yours. Thanks for all your work!

I am trying to find information on Lottie Roth who was my grandmother on my mother's side ...Dorothy Roth Karonias Vetrok who passed in 1975.

Our family is trying to get an ancestry chart compiled and have no information at all on my mother's mother side. We have a history of my grandfather's side, John Roth up until 1973.

I have been looking for relatives and have not been successful in order to get some history of medical problems.

I know that my grandmother died in a fire and met her at her viewing for the first time as my grandfather had remarried after she left him and her three children and could not be found until my mother saw the obituary in the paper and made inquiries to the Coroner.

I am also looking for updated information of my grandfather's relatives after 1973 as a second published genealogy was to be forthcoming but I cannot find any record of such.

I woulod appreciate any information. Thank you!

Maiden Name of Catherine Houser Werkheiser
What is the evidence for the maiden name of Catherine Werkheiser, wife of Henry A. Werkheiser, Find A Grave Memorial # 62763732? Her mother's surname is clearly spelled Heisler in two censuses (1850 and 1870) and phonetically spelled Hisler in 1860. This is not the same as Houser or Hauser.
