I live in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. I am a Mother of five, 3 sons (one son deceased, aged 3 years) and 2 daughters and a Grandmother of seven, 5 grandsons and 2 granddaughters. I have been researching my family ancestry since 2008. The main surnames in my tree are Richardson, Land, Embelton/Embleton, Rostron, Ranson, Brain and Crothers. I am particularly interested in preserving the memory of all our soldiers who fought to keep Australia free. Where there is limited information on their memorials I research for information on their birth details and family links.|

We do the same as far as researching those Australian men and women who have died in service to their country and we have done a good bit of bio work on many. We tend to pay close attention to the soldiers, not so much the officers (Brand). The officers are often given lots of "paper space" and are seldom forgotten but the soldiers who die in the trenches are more easily forgotten... "Lest we forget." As for the Grieve family, since you are not related, please transfer the Grieve family back including the two we did photo requests on for you and we will continue to work on them. Thanks.

thank you or finding Harry's resting place in one the beautiful war cemeteries of France. My daughter visited his resting place two weeks ago and took photos and I was wondering if you would consider letting me maintain his site. We are related through my maternal Grandmother Ruth Markham (nee Moad). They were a very close family and first cousins.
Many thanks for your time.
In fulfilling your photo request, we also found that Frank had not been created and John Whyte Grieve did not have a photo nor was one requested so we uploaded a photo. We also found on the opposite side of the requested photo for Annie, 2 more Grieves, a Margaret and a Dr John. We created them, uploaded a photo and transferred them to you as we did the Frank mentioned first. I am not real happy with the photo of the stone - it is fading quite a bit. Let us know what you think... On to fulfill your other 2 requests :-) Cheers.
I just read your bio with the spelling variant of Embelton. I have a photo of the plot of Thomas Embelton 1875 (no headstone again, sorry). If you want to request a photo for him again, I'll give you what I found.
I was confused by some misleading directions for Thomas Embleton. Not sure when we will be back there. Hope you are OK with the other Embletons.

Thank you so much. I was so humbled to find this site and to see that someone had gone to so much trouble to remember him. His occupation was an engraver.
Many thanks once again.
Hi, also added photo's for Charles Arden Browne (1892 - 1917) & Henry Gordon Browne (1893 - 1916). They are on the side of their parents headstone.
