Like so many others on this website, we are genealogy fanatics! I was so excited by finding my great grandmother's memorial on findagrave that I'd like to do the same thing for others!

There are so many peaceful, small, old, historical cemeteries in New England that I want to do my part in making sure the information on the headstones will be available throughout time and for their descendants near and far... So many are becoming difficult or impossible to read and some are breaking or disappearing.

Please send any suggested corrections and additions through the edit section on memorials, along with your source for the information. If information is provided without any indication of the source for the data and it isn't information available at the cemetery, I may not edit. Sometimes information received has not been proven or supported and I don't want to mislead others looking for their families or loved ones by including unsubstantiated information that leads them away from someone that may indeed be who they're looking for.
