The Christmas Box Angel Statue is dedicated to all parents who have lost a child. The statue was commissioned by Richard Paul Evans, author of "The Christmas Box," to help parents seeking a place to grieve. Find A Grave #6224036

I give thanks to everyone who provide me with suggested corrections and extra information. I do make mistakes, and will correct them as soon as I can.

PS. If you create a memorial for someone, it would be nice to leave a flower or token ☆
Thank you.

John Montreville McNeil
You posted a note on this memorial stating "He is not buried in this cemetery." I have taken over the management of this memorial and just noticed the note. It will be greatly appreciated to know any information that you have indicating he is not buried in Oakwood and any information as to where he is buried. Washington Death records indicate he is buried in Oakwood, but it is possible this is not the right person.

Thank you

Alfred Scott Jr & family
Hello kind volunteer...

Wow, I love your bio etchings etc! How did you do that?

Alfred Scott Jr, as you seem to have created, is a dear, dear uncle of mine. I have Scott's here in this same cemetery as well as perhaps the same wall where Alfred is. Would you be willing to transfer their care over to me so I can add photos or a memorial? Also, if you get back to Alfred's spot, could you retake his pic to make it clearer? Also, I think his brother must be below him. I could not see a surname so I think this is his younger brother Robert. There is also a Ronald Scott as well.

I do appreciate your time and effort that you make as a volunteer. This is a great way to make one ponder over their life and consider where their future is going.

Stanton S. Allen
If you look at the stone on the bottom is says: Stanton S. Allen 1912 - 1988 - you can barely read it, but it is there.

RE: Ella Milbauer
I love the new photos! They really add to the memorial!

I do have a suggestion. If you add the photos as "person" instead of "grave", they should automatically appear before the photos of the marker. You still can manually change the order of the photos so that the photos of Ella appear first.

It would be great if Ella were listed as famous, but there is a disadvantage to that. Then Find A Grave would maintain the memorial and you wouldn't be able to update the memorial as easily.

If you decide you want to have the status of the memorial changed to "famous", you should send a request to

I'm still working on photographing all of Montello Cemetery. I'm getting to the older parts of the cemetery now. It's a really beautiful cemetery with a nice view of a lake. I think it should take about another 3-4 weeks to finish up there.

Robert and Ella Milbauer
I just wanted to let you know that I added photos of the marker today for Robert and Ella Milbauer (#128957778 and #71970671).

I enjoyed reading about Ella and her unusual career.
