I am a 6th generation Iowan, my family have been in central Iowa over 160 years that I can verify(possibly longer). And both my husband, and my own ancestors, have served in every war, since the revolution...
*Plz use the edit tab for transfer requests it is more user friendly. And feel free to use any photo's of monuments,(that I have taken) for your family tree
Note: I am actively seaching for my 4th Great-Grandfather: Ezekial Everett,(Everitt) (b1799)last known residence, Jackson Twnship, Madison Co. Iowa 1885.(Thanks to Sydney seeing this note) His wife Julia died in Monroe Co., but cant find her either. She should have been buried in Monroe Co., Iowa
Still need date of death and burial place. Any help would be so much appreciated. The Search Goes On..... | |

 | RE: Get Well Soon Thanks Roxanne! Also, I forgot to add in my previous message that the Madison County genealogy society has "walked" all the Madison county cemeteries and even found markers that had been buried under grass and dirt. | Ezekiel Everett Have you tried looking for him in Madison Co., Iowa? He was listed as E. Evert (age 86, b PA) on the 1885 Iowa Census, living in Jackson Twp. with his daughter, Sarah Ann, and her family. Her name is misspelled (Serah A. Chambers) on the the census page.

 | Harden+ Cemeteries You had sent me information asking if I could combine or add Lorton and Wolf Cemeteries to Harden. I went into the forum and it is currently closed because they are so far behind! I suggest keeping this request in mind and trying again in a couple months. Sorry I couldn't be of more help - CindyAdded by kaycyn on Apr 14, 2013 8:58 AM | | | | [View all messages...] |
