I may have some pics to enter yet, not sure as I got busy with summer and then fall hunting etc. Many of the children in the St. Thomas and I would imagine the rest of the cemetery do not have stones I am finding out as I worked with the manager there. Or there may be only a small square with an initial for the family name.
I need to get back into this but am fairly involved. I will try and remember to look for her grave. Meanwhile you can start a site for her and add pics and info to it and then I can add a photo of the stone if and when I find it. Then the site will also be in your care.

I have just located the Phelps Family Tree on Ancestry.com and they state above subject is buried in the New Bethel Cemetery, Pittsylvania Co., Virginia. James' mother was a Nix and I am researching the Nix's to publish a book for the family, my children are Nix's. Can you tell me if this is the correct cemetery for James, Jr.?

Thanks for the reply! My wife is a granddaughter of Wallace's sister, Stella Angeline (Faulkner) Carvo. My father-in-law, Delbert Carvo, is the youngest son (second youngest overall) and only member of Stella and Joseph Carvo's family still alive.
I'm just getting started researching Stella's Faulkner line, but I have already amassed a fair amount of information, and a couple of family connections with other Faulkners in the midwest. I am always willing to share what I have, so don't hesitate to contact me if I can give you a hand.

I think I was given some wrong information on who Jefferson's wife was, I found the same information you did, so I beleive that he was never married.
