Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi Y'all. I'm a Central Pennsylvania native living in Eastern Georgia. I'm tracking down and documenting family names including Daugherty, Sprunger, Amstutz, Updegraff (and its variations Updegrave, Uptagrafft, Updegrove, etc.). I'm also interested in family names Antes, Bixler, Bressler, Coffee, Ferree, Gillinger, Habegger, Herr, Kendig, Logan, Pennington, Rothlischberger, Williams.

I'm part of the great Pennsylvania melting pot, a descendant of Scotch-Irish, Swiss Mennonite, French Huguenots, Moravians, English, German, and Welsh ancestors. The "huddled masses yearning to breathe free."

I'm also looking for my wife's family including Devaney, Hayman, Holley, Leffler, Ricketson, Robertson, Seiter, Street, Tuemler, Williams.

I'm trying to photograph as much as possible, and create an accurate, historical record. I'll be glad to transfer non-family members. I've enjoyed getting to know my extended family members through Findagrave.

Please visit my famous relatives:

Rev Hans Herr, Jr, Swiss Mennonite Bishop, 8th Great-Grandfather. (Herr)

Pennington's just posted PA Death Cert's so I'm going through them all. I'm finding lots of good information on the Pennington's. Mindy

Cedar Hill Photo Requests

The memorials were created from decades old cemetery readings. The markers for your requests are not in the most recent inventory. The Ferrees are in two large plots. If you can give me some biographical information about the three remaining requests, I can determine which plot they are in and upload a photo of the probable location. They are: Mary 38430067, Miriam 38430322 and Infant 38429785. Thank you.--Storres

RE: William Leslie Dougherty
My William's father was John, married Lucia Stevenson, which is my main line. I haven't filled in all the Dougherty descendants. Thanks for the editing tip, I've never looked there!

Burkholder links
Bill, I did the links you requested. I wonder if you relate to William Leslie Dougherty/Daugherty (1856-1925) of Northumberland Co, PA?

RE: Isaac Enous
Send this again on edit of the memorial I looked it and I thought it said 1940 and that is what the source I have said, maybe it is a different person if it says 1910 but I want to look at it again.

Bill I am
sorry I don't get it, 1940 is closer to 1942 than to 1910 unless there is another one who died in 1942 maybe it doesn't belong on either of them but I can;t move it with out some proof as to what the 1942 might refer on a grave from 1910?

Isaac Everman DoB
Hi Despite what the headstone says Isaac Everman #25029982 was born 16 April 1898. He is seen in the 1900 census with his father Grant. Then, on his draft card, he lists his DoB as 16 Apr 1898 and Isaac signs the card. I will post the draft card later when I get home. Thanks for the heads-up. Usually the headstone is right, but not this time.
