|Grew up in a small town with a great history. Learned at an early age to appreciate family and value the stories of the people who came before me. I'm from a line of good people who worked hard, contributed to their communities, raised families that passed on those values and kept some decent records of the generations of ancestors.|
Spent many summer days riding my bicycle to the cemetery outside of town with a friend or two and reading the headstones, imagining life as it was 100+ years before. Still love to walk in old cemeteries and find the stories they suggest of the human life cycle with it's variations of joy and sorrow.
When I can, I'm happy to take photos for this community. Any photo I post can be reused for genealogical purposes without further permission.

Thanks for the great pictures of Eli's headstone. I am especially appreciative of the additional information you provided regarding the Weld family plot. ~Shirley

Sure. I like that photo of Saint Johns Cemetery... it's kind of different. Credit could read taken spring 2011 by Alice of Find A Grave, or some such thing. Enjoy. :-) Alice

Where did you get your information. I have updated the memorial but my date were correct, I guess you must be speaking of his father.

Please from this day forwards go to the memorial and in the upper right-hand corner you will see edit, Click on that and a drop-down menu will appear. Put in your information and that will take me to the memorial. I receive around 75 emails a day not counting the time it takes me to go to cemeteries and take photos and add memorials. Do you have any idea how many Boggs there are and how many cemeteries that have the same name? To be honest with you a lot of people would just delete your email. The information that I have posted came from Twila the Steuben Co. Historian if it is in New York. I will try to see what I can do. I hope you have an enjoyable experience on Find A grave. Your Friend, Stuart P.S. you might want to go through the rules.

I just wanted to say thank you for adding the photos on my family's memorials. I was hoping that the Jones stones would give a little more info but oh well it is wonderful to just have the pictures. thank you again.

Thank very much for the excellent picture of Lt. Ware. Did not expect such a nice marker.
May I have your permission to use this photo on my ancestry site?
