Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have now been back in Colorado for a couple of years but I am still dreaming of waterways, bridges, moss covered trees, and yes the rain. I don't know if I will ever get use to the snow but I am told we need the snow for the water levels during the summer. I am unsure of the numbers but I believe rain works better and it doesn't require a shovel.

I have been lucky enough to connect with family and friends. While in Oregon I had some great Colorado volunteers that helped me with my family's stones and have had the pleasure of meeting and working with them in Colorado and meeting new ones along the way.

I have had quite a couple of years, babies born; friends & family that have passed; reconnected with friends from high school; getting to know my granddaughter, and I have had two surgeries.

I have been working a number of cemeteries trying to help family find family and over the last three years have heard some of the saddest and happiest stories from family that were so happy I helped them locate a missing loved one. I still get surprised when someone mentions the number of memorials I have loaded or the number of photo requests I have completed. I do this for you and the numbers mean nothing. If I was somehow able to help one of you during the day find an aunt, uncle, sibling, grandparent, parent, or childhood friend it is you that has given me a reason to smile that day and continue on with what I do.

Also, I believe in transferring memorials to family no matter how many generations removed. I believe the four generation rule is used for hoarders that are interested in numbers and just want to keep your family. One of my pet peeves is people taking over or starting memorials that do not know how or have any intention of maintaining the site. I feel the family belongs to the family but should be with a family member that is going to insure that links and edits are going to be taken care of in a timely manner.

I do not transfer to non family I volunteer my time for the family and that is where I want them to end up. I am impressed and grateful that there are people who take time to work on groups and any editing you require or photos you need I am your girl but NO I don't transfer to non family.

RE: Thank you!
Thank you for posting the photo! Thanks for volunteering your time to search for Ethel, but my dad told me just last night that my grandfather did something different with her ashes and they are not buried in a cemetery.

Again, thanks so much!
Take care,

Thank you!
Thank you for posting the error message regarding the grave at Mt. Olivet for my aunt, Ethel Gendill. You did indicate that my uncle, James, was buried there. If you have time, I would really appreciate it if you would post a photo for James Gendill if he has a headstone. I do have a photo request in place for him already.

Thanks again for your lovely effort!

Take care,

Thank you ! Thank you ! for taking your time to respond to my photo request of Kate and Alberts head stores ! I have wanted to add to their memorial for years and wondered where they were buried at. I found him and needed photos of the marker. You are wonderful and I truly am grateful ! She is my great aunt and I am from a long line of Katherine Ann or Kate's and I am Kathy Ann.
All my best to you and I hope to visit that cemetery someday.

Crilio Martinez b: 1878 died?
I have been working on my mother's family tree research and believe you took the gravestone photo of Cirilio Martinez, born 1878. He may be my great, great grandfather, born in New Mexico and last info I have for him and his wife, Timotea Tilly Martinez is that they resided in Longmont, Colorado in 1940.

Can you help me find out more info on the Cirilo Martinez you captured in the headstone? Thank you!
