RE: Margaret Scott
Hi! Thanks for replying so soon! When/If my book gets published, it will probably be through The History Press, the outfit which published my first tome. I am hoping it will see the light of day sometime in 2015. Thanks for giving me permission to use the photo. Margaret's story is so very sad, but it fits right into the tale of her descendant, Robert Dresser. Makes me want to cry each time I think about his family. If I had to describe their situation in a few words, I would say supremely dysfunctional. I'll put you on my growing list of people who want a copy of the book. Best wishes, Natalie J. Woodall

Margaret Scott
Dear Mr. Stanley: I am doing research for a book on a descendant of Margaret Scott, Robert Dresser, who was a soldier in the 110th Regiment, NYSV. Would you permit me to use Margaret Scott's picture in my book? If accepted by my editor, I will cheerfully give you a photo credit. Many thanks. I live in Oswego, NY and would be hard pressed to travel to Salem to take my own photo. Natalie J. Woodall

Under relationships you should connect Mary Towne Esty (8301) with Rebecca Nurse (8291) who was her sister. Mary was born in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England 24 Aug 1634. Rebecca was born 21 Feb 1621 also in Great Yarmouth. Their sister, Sarah, was accused, jailed and later released. Her second husband was Peter Cloyce and she died in Framingham, MA in 1703. My husband is descended from their brother's line.

RE: Cenotaphs
Hi dont remember putting Hannah down as being hanged? But what i was looking for mostly were pics of the graves, to add the family tree. That and where they are buried. Think I told you where Thomas Carrier was buried. Martha is my 8th Great Grand Aunt. Bonnie

Hannah (Allen) Carrier
Hi Tom my name is Bonnie and I am doing a family tree. Just found out that I or my family are related to Hannah's family. Hannah as you know was hanged for being a witch. My question is this the stone you have on findagrave is that her actual headstone or is it one of the benches I read about that was erected to the hanged ones?
