I'm a retired Medical Assistant. I was born in Los Angeles, CA, raised in Reno, NV, and then spent many years of my life in Southern CA where my husband was a professor for many years. After retiring, we moved to Washington state, out in the Islands, and love it. |
I've been interested in Genealogy for about 15 years now, and have been actively searching since then for any/all information I could find regarding my family. Find A Grave has been a god-send...the information posted here, including pictures, has helped me so much, and I'm sure all of you also. Thank you to FIND A GRAVE, and to each and every one of you who has been a contributor to this worthwhile project. It is with reverance that I have searched these files for family/friends that are long gone. It's good to see them noted here, where their families can find them again, and others can pay their respects. Every life is precious, and their stories need to be told.

Hello Linda and thank you for contacting me about Pro-Golfer Tommy Armour. By all means you are more then welcome to use my person photo of he for genealogy project. What part of Vista are you folks in? I'm in the south west area. Maybe you can catch one of my bands some time. We play all around N. County every month such as the Coyote Carlsbad, etc and we were at the grand openning of the new Smart & Final store in Vista, last Wed. Best always,

You're very welcome for the photos, Linda. Now I know I have the right "Lucinda Lee", as well. Would have never found her as "Norman". Interesting one to work through. Never knew cemetery had so many names for one person. Glad I could help out !
PS Trucks at the top of the hill were for a movie they were shooting at the cemetery yesterday.

Checked with cemetery and they think they have her listed as Lucinda Lee. Originally they had her as Lucinda Andrews, then Lucinda Buckskin, then finally Lucinda Lee. Do these other names mean anything ?

Sure you can use the pictures.

I love the picture of the reflection flower, could you provide me the link. Thanks
|Rebecca Ewing Peterson||Benjamin Andrews|
You left a personal flower on this memorial in Glenwood Cemetery, Houston, indicating that this was family. Could you please provide me with biographical information? I cannot find a death certificate that matches the cemetery information.

Hi Mrs. Newbrough - Wow. Your message is probably the nicest, most thoughtful note I've ever received for a photo, thank you :) If I went through the trouble to discover the location, it's because it was no trouble at all - it was a pleasure. I'm glad I was able to help :)

I just got a photo for Martha Fisher, and saw your comment on there, thanks; I think you sent me some family info a number of years ago, and you lived in Washington? distant cousins we are, thanks for sharing info. Dan
